The Role

They are looking for a talented professional to open a new office for them in the Boston area USA . You will be serving as a trusted partners to leading brands, You will grow and develop a team of expert Consultants and recruitment professionals within the Technology and digital marketplace and leverage the great name and reputation of this first class brand  As a True VP / MD , you will take full charge of the existing brand offering a range of staffing services including Contracts and Permanent recruitment (both Retained and Contingency) as well as their embedded Talent-as-a-Service (‘TaaS’) model. You will report directly to the Head of US and Group CEO bearing full autonomy for the growth and development of the Boston office

 

Core Responsibilities & Skills

  • Drive performance and results, channelled through a management structure
  • Develop long term plans, sets goals, determines priorities, and identifies risks and opportunities
  • Analyse future recruitment trends derived to ensure best in class products and service
  • P&L management including accurate forecasting of Revenue, NFI & EBIDTA projection
  • Build relationships internally and externally including senior relationship management with key clients
  • Acts as a leader and mentor, not only to the team members but also to the wider business
The Person

Ideally, the successful individual will have a strong background and wealth of experience in the Technology staffing sector. You will have a successful track record of ‘360’ recruitment and be someone who can demonstrate successfully scaling a Contract and Permanent recruitment business. You will have the gravitas to present at board level and will be a great leader of people, You will be energetic, highly motivated, and results-driven with a proven record of success.

Package : Basic $140-175k OTE $300-400k   Plus executive benefits including Equity package
