- 8+ years of experience in staffing operations for consulting organizations
- 4+ years working in the technology development industry
- 2+ years of experience building and managing staffing teams
- Ability to manage competing demands and facilitating decision making
- Highly process and detail orientated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders
