The first and most notable difference between Resourcing Associates and other agencies, was that I felt valued as a candidate, and not simply as a means for the consultant to earn commission.
My consultant, was friendly and relaxed and needs in our initial meeting were assessed in a warm but efficient manner in a conversation, rather than by being left on my own in a room to fill out endless forms.
I was kept advised on positions available, and only those that were appropriate to my needs and desires.
I felt like my consultant got to know me, so she could best decide which positions would be suitable for me.
